Our work centers on building practical infrastructure that connects financial capability, education, and community development. Through our portfolio of initiatives — including strategic consulting, leadership coaching, curriculum development, and wealth-building strategies — we address both organizational performance and community advancement.

Dr. Charles Dent

Dr. Charles Dent is a Marine Corps veteran and executive coach who provides strategic leadership, trauma-informed insight, and disciplined guidance to help leaders, organizations, and teams achieve sustainable performance and long-term impact.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Dent Enterprises, Inc., Dr. Dent leads governance, strategic partnerships, and organizational leadership. His background spans government, community development, and mental health advocacy.

Jabaria Dent
Co-Founder & COO

Jabaria Dent

Jabaria Dent is a social entrepreneur, organizational strategist, and community development leader based in Mobile, Alabama. She serves as Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Dent Enterprises, Inc., where she leads systems strategy, operational infrastructure, curriculum design, and community implementation.

She is the creator of The Legacy League — a multigenerational financial literacy universe that uses storytelling and superhero characters to teach principles of asset building, investing, and generational wealth.
